New Zealand is known as a sheep country. The sheep farmers do not have just a little flock of sheep like the eastern shepherd. They have thousands of sheep. When bringing the sheep in from the paddocks for drenching, crutching or shearing, the shepherds drive the sheep. They do this riding on their horses and with the help of trained barking dogs.

There is a future and hope for the needy and afflicted when we live in the Fear or Reverence of YHVH!! He will see to it that our hope is not completely cut off or perish forever. He will resurrect it as we keep the faith!!

He spoke much about affliction in his letters to encourage the brethren to not let go of the true knowledge when one goes through suffering.

This includes Lot’s wife, who had initially come out, but looked back and turned into a pillar of salt. This experience did much to teach Abraham about both righteousness and justice being maintained so that order could be restored.
