12th July 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~6th Day-Knowledge
Hosea 4:1; “Listen [Shema…hear with the intent to obey] to the word of YHVH, O sons of Israel, for YHVH has a case against the inhabitants of the land, because there is no faithfulness or kindness or knowledge of Elohim in the land.” As you keep reading in chapter four, starting in verse 2, the list that it gives reveals clearly that the commandments given by YHVH are completely ignored and broken.

As we’ve mentioned before, one of the words for power is strong. It truly takes the Spirit of Power to operate in our lives so that we will overcome temptations, pass our tests and live a victorious life.
10th July 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~4th Day-Spirit of YHVH
This covenant is based on faith, even though, as you read through the covenant YHVH made with Abraham, you will definitely see that there were “deeds” he had to do as he entered this covenant; we also have something to do, and that is confess and repent [turn away from our sins] in order to receive salvation.

Here’s the GOOD/TOV news; Proverbs 1:33 goes on to say, “But he who listens to me [counsel and reproof] shall live securely and will be at ease from the dread of evil.”

As we continue reading in John 13 we see that Peter objects to the idea of Yeshua washing his feet, but Yeshua says in response to him, “…What I do you do not realize now, but you will understand hereafter.”

When we are part of a family we carry the family name. I want to share a historical practice of Passover that was a natural manifestation of heavenly truth.
6th July 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~7th Day-Fear of YHVH
When we are gathered at a place that is set apart for the holy convocation, the natural response should be to worship in reverence to YHVH. Sometimes we can find our minds distracted and wandering when it should be worshipping. When this happens, we can recognize it and ask the lovingkindness of our heavenly Father to help us return to worship so that we can demonstrate our Reverence for Him.
5th July 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~6th Day-Knowledge
The word scoffer in this verse is the Hebrew word Liyliyt and it means a night spectre: screech owl. It is from the Hebrew Root word Lilah which means night, midnight, away from the light.
4th July 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~5th Day-Power
The word success in Hebrew means to wisely understand. Of course, when we have wisdom and understanding it will lead to success, but it will be as it is defined by YHVH, not the world’s standards.
