It’s the total package, so when Peter, who is filled with the Holy Spirit and Power begins testifying about salvation in the Name and Authority of Yeshua, those he was speaking too would understand that it’s all inclusive and therefore it affects their influence greatly over the people and they do not like losing their control!!
