Psalm 19:7 says,

The law [Torah] of YHVH is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of YHVH is sure, making wise the simple.

Psalm 93:5 says,

Your testimonies are fully confirmed; holiness befits Your house, O YHVH, forevermore.

Psalm 119:160 says,

The sum of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous ordinances is everlasting.

Psalm 119:152 says,

Of old I have known from Your testimonies that You have founded them forever.

Psalm 119:160 says,

The sum of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous ordinances is everlasting.

Psalm 119:142 says,

 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your law is truth.

Matthew 5:17-19 Yeshua says,

 17 “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. [For many years we would read this verse that “Yeshua didn’t come to abolish or destroy the law/Torah, but fulfill it.”  The problem was we contradicted ourselves be inserting our definition of fulfill to mean do away with…which essentially meant abolish.  So we would really interpret it to say that, “I didn’t come to abolish the Law or the Prophets, but to do away with it.” which meant abolished it…made it null and void. However, this makes Yeshua opposed to MANY verses of the Bible that came from the mouth of His Father, our Creator.  He would never do that and said so many times in the Word.  So then, what is the interpretation of the word fulfill?  In its original meaning it means to fill it up with meaning.  In other words, “He is the One in which it pointed too and He’s bringing it back to its intended purpose when originally given.”  They had gotten so far off track that Yeshua was rebuking them for their wrong interpretation of the law/Torah.  He goes on to say…

18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. [It is very clear here that if we’re able to read the words of this deLIGHT and people still exist in this present earth, then not one word of the Torah has ceased to be required for us as His people to obey.]

19 Whoever then annuls [destroys] one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 “For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.

What makes our righteousness surpass that of the Scribes and Pharisees?  First we must realize that they perverted many of the commandments to the point that they were no longer recognizable and mixed them with man-made traditions that actually caused them to break commandments.  When we return to the actual words given as a gift to a redeemed people at Sinai, and obey them with a pure heart of LOVE, rather than to be seen by men as they did, then our righteousness will exceed that of the Scribes and Pharisees.  May we receive the words of His eternal Torah with joy, then we will become wise!!
