28th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~1st Day-Wisdom
Wisdom
As we enter into the first day of a new week we’re back to wisdom. Just like the weekly Shabbat and the feasts, we will cycle back through the seven Spirits of YHVH and continue to draw in closer and closer in our relationship to our heavenly Father and His Son.
Revelation 1:3-6 is another confirmation to Isaiah 11:1-2. It says, “3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear and obey what is written in it, because the time is near. 4 John, To the seven congregations in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from Him who is and was and is to come, and from the seven Spirits before His throne, 5 and from Yeshua Messiah, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has released us from our sins by His blood, 6 who has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His Elohim and Father—to Him be the glory and power forever and ever! Amen.” What a concept to know what John was saying to the seven congregations, and eventually to us who would read it in the future that “Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Spirit of YHVH, Power, Knowledge and the Fear of YHVH greets you!” These seven Spirits WANT to greet us every day and shine bright in our lives!! I believe these verses are so valuable to commit to memory.
Proverbs 4:5-7; “5 Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn from them. There is no way to remember or remain in the Word if we’re not putting it in ourselves each day. 6 Do not forsake wisdom, and she will preserve you; love her, and she will guard you. 7 Wisdom is supreme; therefore acquire wisdom. And whatever else you obtain, gain understanding.”
Proverbs 28:26; “He who trusts in himself is a fool, but one who walks in wisdom will be safe.”
If we are careful to read aloud, hear and obey what is written in the book, and that includes allowing our menorah to be lit with the Seven Spirits of YHVH we will have the following:
- We will be blessed
- We will have grace and peace
- Are loved by our Creator and His Son
- We are released from our sins by His blood
- Become a kingdom of priests
- We are preserved
- We are guarded
- We are kept safe
In just two short sections of verses we have been told three times in one way or another that His Wisdom will protect us. It’s vital and important to our everyday life!! Let’s keep our candlestick bright by continuing to fuel it with fresh oil every day in order that we’ll remember and remain.
May we receive Our Daily deLIGHT and allow the Father to endow us with the Spirit of Wisdom as we continue through the upcoming week.
Shalom & Blessings,
