Psalm 73:21-24 says, “21 When my heart was embittered and I was pierced within, 22 Then I was senseless and ignorant; I was like a beast [unable to reason] before You. 23 Nevertheless, I am continually with You; You have taken hold of my right hand [implying right-standing with Yah as opposed to left hand being judgment]. 24 With Your counsel You will guide me, and afterward receive me to glory.”

Let’s explore the concept of the right and left hand, because when we know what hand is guiding us, we can fully trust for His divine counsel and guidance to be had in our lives or take the appropriate action to reposition ourselves so that we can be in right standing with our Yah. We need to determine if it is judgment or journey or a little of both so we can have the right response to our situation. He WANTS us on His right side and gives us His Word and His Spirit to show us the right way in which to walk and how to get back there if we have strayed.

Psalm 16:11 says, “In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your RIGHT HAND are PLEASURES forevermore“

Psalm 118:15-16, “15 The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the RIGHT HAND of YHVH does valiantly. 16 The RIGHT HAND of YHVH is exalted; The RIGHT HAND of YHVH does valiantly. [A doublet means emphasis…point being that we need to understand this. Valiant means: Strength, mighty, able, efficient and force]”

A perfect verse for our topic today: Isaiah 40:10;   “’Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your Elohim.  I will strengthen you [give you the power], surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous RIGHT HAND.’

Since there are two hands of Yah, we need to see the pattern of the left as well. Matthew 25:31-33 says; “31 “But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. 32 “All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; 33 and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.  Please continue to read Matthew 25:34-46 as it defines what sheep are and what goats are.

Psalm 23:1-3; “1 YHVH is my shepherd, I shall not want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. 3 He restores my soul; He guides [He counsels] me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

Colossians 3:1-2; “1 Therefore if you have been raised up with Messiah [born from above and “raised up” in water baptism], keep seeking the things above, where Messiah is, seated at the right hand of YHVH. 2 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.”

 As we seek YHVH and His ways above, the Spirit of Counsel WILL lead us in His time, by His right hand to the perfect answer!!!
